What is Plug2Support?
Plug2Support is a web application which helps you to communicate via the internet with your visitors. Plug2Support adds a widget onto your website through which you can communicate with the visitors and eventually turn them into customers.

What is a widget?
A widget is a small customizable popup window that appears on your website where visitors can chat directly with an operator. You can place the Plug2Support widget at the bottom right corner of this website.

What is an operator?
An operator is a person who responds to your visitors' questions and communicates with them.

Who uses Plug2Support?
Plug2Support is for every business entity - from small to large businesses. Plug2Support aids people across the world to easily and effectively communicate with their website visitors.

Am I supposed to download or install any software?
In order to use Plug2Support you need not install anything in your computer. Plug2Support is a web-based service. All you need to do is insert a short HTML code on your website. This code will be generated once you sign up with us.

How do I start using the chat service?
If you want to start using Plug2Support, please sign up. You have to provide your e-mail address, name and password.

Do I need a particular operating system or browser?
Plug2Support works under any operating system. If you use this browser you might not be able to see the widget on your site. Everything else will be working fine.

Pricing

How much does Plug2Support cost?
The duration of the subscription and the number of operators determine the credit value of your account. You can configure your account to get the appropriate number of credits. More details can be seen in the Pricing page.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my credit value at anytime?
Yes you can change your plan at any time. Please contact your Plug2Support Customer Care Executive for the details as per your specific case.

I need more functionality or a bulk discount. What should I do?
Please contact us and we will be happy to discuss this with you.

Communication

I have more operators. How does Plug2Support decide who gets a new message?
As the visitor contacts you, every online operator sees that there is an incoming message. As the first operator decides to serve the visitor, other operators see that the visitor is being served. Other operators can still follow the conversation and ask the serving operator to transfer the visitor to them.

What if a visitor tries to access the Plug2Support service at out of office hours?
Plug2Support requests the visitor to leave his/ her email address so they can be contacted later.

Payments & Billing

What form of payments do you accept?
We accept all types of commonly used credit cards and bank transfer.

When and how do I receive the invoice?
Invoice generation is scheduled for the 20th of every month at Plug2Support. It will be emailed to your registered email address within the next 2 business working days.

Can I pay before my renewal date?
Yes you can. You subscription will get renewed automatically for the next duration irrespective of the payment date.
